Do Pepto-Bismol And Immoudim Medications Interact With Panadol?

Question: Hey doctor,
I just had a couple of questions regarding a couple of medications interactions. So the last 3 days now I have had diarrhea and adombinal cramps which I assume is Traverllers diarrhea since its my first time ever travelling internationally. I have been staying in the US the last 2 and half weeks now and I fly back tomorrow and I was wondering about Pepto-Bismol and Immoudim. Do either of these medications interact with Panadol(Paracemtol), Nurofen, Travelcalm(natural) containing Ginger or Gaviscon Dual Action? I am kind of scared to take Pepto-Bismol since we don’t even have it in Australia so I am unsure if it was banned or something and what exactly it is I have bad stomach problems all the time as well? The only thing I’ve had at home is Buscopan so would Immoundium be the closest thing to that available in the US? Is there anything that can help me sleep on the plane as well since it’s a 15 hour flight?

Brief Answer:
Pepto-Bismol is safe to take- no interaction.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
I checked the interactions of your medicines.
Pepto-Bismol is safe to take without a problem.
There is a moderate interaction between Immodium and Travelcalm, because travelcalm contains Hyoscine hydrobromide and they both slow the bowel movement, so you may have constipation after.
So I would advise to not use them within a gap of 6 hours between each other.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
