Do Plan B Pills Need To Be Taken Twice After Unprotected Intercourse?
Question: Hello. I have a quick question. I just had unprotected sex a few hours ago, around three hours ago. After intercourse I took the plan B pill, about 10 after. I felt it dissolving in my mouth once I took it. It tasted funny so my reaction was to swallow it, and with my siliva rinse around my mouth and keep swallowing. I then grabbed a bit of water and swallowed the rest I think I had. Do I have to worry about It? Should I go buy another one before the 72 hour period is up?

There is no need to take another pill as you have swallowed the pill completely and part of it would be sublingual absorption.
Unless you vomit in next 2 hrs, there is no apparent need to repeat the plan b pill, which you have rightly taken within 72 hrs of unprotected sex to avoid unplanned pregnancy.
