Brief Answer:
Side effects of ATT

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXX,

Welcome back and thank you for the nice comments last time.
I understand your problem and concern.
It is good news that your LFT is normal which has excluded the main adverse effect of your ATT.
Do you have any evening rise of temperature or night sweats?
If not, your disease is responding well to treatment.

The tiredness is caused by the disease and the side effect of the ATT.
Feeling down is because you are depressed a little. This is a side effect of Isoniazide a component of Rcinex.
Once the course is over, you would return to your former self.
In the meanwhile relax, eat good wholesome food, exercise, use stress relieving measures like yoga or Dr. Jacobson's relaxation technique
There is nothing for you to worry.

Wish you good health.
If you have further queries, I am available.
