Acid fruit juice are at same time rich in sugar and this is known to cause dyspeptic symptoms, soft stool, diarrheas and bloating . This usually last for shor period of 6-12 hours but if combined with certain food such as coffee, sweets, fried food or milk products, symptoms may last longer and be more pronounced.
