Brief Answer:
Check for health conditions hampering weight gain.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query under health care magic platform.
I have read your query carefully & understand your concern.
Actually with physical exercises & diet taken under an expert should start showing results over a span of 4-6 weeks. You have not received the result & that's the cause for your concern.
You are thinking of starting anabolic steroids ..( which are not devoid of side effects ) So I would suggest to check following things before ...
* The fact that there is no weight gain in spite of proper diet & exercises indicates -
- The exercise & exertion ( of your daily activities ) is exceeding the food intake..& dietary supplements you are on.
- Physical( indigestion/ gastrointestinal or liver problems/ debilitating diseases like tuberculosis/ Hyperthyroidism/ very rare for your age- cancer OR psychological stress leading to lack of mental peace.. may be affecting your metabolism, not allowing weight gain.
- Absence of timely & sufficient sleep ( due to excessive work/ psychological stress ) can hamper weight gain.
* IN this scenario I would suggest a complete medical check up by your family physician along with investigations to find basic cause& seek specialist 's consultation ( physician, gastroenterologist, endocrinologist )as per his advise.
Pin pointing/ excluding any hurdle in weight gain ( enlisted above ) should follow a specific treatment as per need. Once this is under control.. your weight gain program should resume ,to have good results.
I hope the answer was helpful & informative to you. Any follow up query is welcome.
In case you find the answer helpful, I request for grading it before you close it.

Brief Answer:
sleep/ rest, digestion, hormones , debilitating diseases to be seem for

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow up query.
I would try to explain my answer in simple way.. & convey you the need for excluding few things which can detain the gain in muscle mass you are trying for.
By body building we mean progressive resistance exercises done to increase muscle mass.Body builders use three main strategies to increase muscle growth they are
- Strength training programs ( weights/ elastic or hydraulic resistance )
- Special nutrition .. proteins essential for muscle growth.
- Adequate sleep & rest in between exercise sessions ( to avoid exhaustion.)
* IN your case-
- you are already working through expert trainer with a planned exercise work out programs .
- I had gone through your diet plan in a day.. it seems to be having high protein content ( essential for muscular growth ), sufficient carbohydrate ( supporting muscle growth by causing insulin secretion). It seems to be satisfactory.
* It seems you are following all these things according to instructions given by your coach.Still there are no satisfactory results.
** Let us now find the other causes which are likely to affect muscular growth.
1. You have not mentioned about your sleep & rest between workouts.
- Rest in between work outs prevent exhaustion( which hampers muscle
growth )
- Sound sleep for at least 8 hours is essential for muscle growth. .. for
In Gym only muscle are stimulated while the time when muscles grow is
while sleeping.
- Actually sound sleep offers both physical & psychological rest. IF you are psychologically stressed/ overworked/ short sleeping... this may affect the muscle growth you are expecting.
2.Digestion of food- though you are taking lot of protein diet.. but it is not digested ( due to some problem in digestion ).. muscles can not get enough nutrition to grow .
* That is why I had suggested ti check for any digestive problems/ liver problems . If it is found, you have to take proper treatment , improve your digestion & then start with muscle building program. Consult family physician.
3. over exertion/ extensive work outs.. If the work outs you are doing.. are exhausting.. desired growth of muscles will not be seen.
* Please cross check with other physical instructor about it.
4. Hormones-
- Hormone testosterone is essential for muscular development.
I would suggest estimation of testosterone hormone in your blood .. & start getting supplements in case they are needed.
- Similarly in hyperthyroidism when thyroid hormone level is increased.. Energy consumption rate is increased.. so no sufficient energy is left for muscle growth.. it needs to be excluded / treated
* Consultation of endocrinologist would help in solving hormonal problem.
5. Some times some debilitating disease like tuberculosis can bring down general condition of patient & not allow muscle growth.
* Though it seems to be less possible in your case... through physical check up & exclusion/ diagnosis & treatment is indicated.
I hope I was clear enough to convey you what I mean. Exclusion or treatment of any of the above conditions found is essential for getting desired muscle growth you are aiming for.
Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
A physical check up to treat indigestion/ hormone problem/ self care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow up query. I would explain the things to my best.
1) Sleeping from 12 am to 7.30 am theoretically completes approximately 8 hours sleep. But the question is it really a sound/ refreshing & relaxing sleep? .. it seems you are working till late night, getting fully exhausted.. does the sleep suffice to freshen you up & grow ? ( as you know, growth of muscles is during these resting hours )
* I would suggest use of a "Yoganidra " audio cassette to assist in sound sleep.
2)As you said, you may not be overworked in Gym.. but what about your routine work.. that you are busy with till midnight?
The high protein diet you are taking for muscle growth, may be exhausted due to your over exhaustion in day to day life.
3) Similarly, Endocrinal hormone from Thyroid gland is related to muscle development( weather it's high or low) . It has to be normal.
Another hormone Testosteron ( though not affected by masturbation - twice a week- ).. is essential for muscular growth.
* IN this context I would suggest-
- Consultation of an endocrinologist ,a) to get your thyroid function test done b) to determine your BMR.. c) to get your testosterone level estimation done...
All these results would clarify about hormonal component in your lack of muscular growth even after trying. & will be treated as per need.
3)As for your whey indigestion.. whey is a concentrate of all amino acids ( usable substance in proteins ) essential for bodily activities / for muscle growth The digestive problem denotes, inability of body to digest the concentrate. Each body has it's own normal. Even if you eat high amount of proteins, they should be digested & utilized..
That's why I was stressing on getting your digestive capacity tested.. if you want to get benefit of high protein diet.
* In this respect. I would suggest to-
- Consult your dietitian ( how to take the whey.. weather to be combined with something?)
- Get some digestive enzymes preparation so as to improve your digestion.
4) In short you need
- A through physical check up by your family physician first & then by endocrinologist/ gastroenterologist .. as per his advise.
** TO remove the obstacles is important before you try for body building.
- Try to control your physical/ psychological stress of daily life. Have a quality rest & sleep.
- Be positive. the stress of not gaining the muscle growth, can also suppress growth by hormonal imbalance. Be positive. To try sincerely from every aspect is in our hands.. & rest of the work is done by our positive approach. please stop worrying.
Hope that suffices. any follow up query you still have , I would be happy to help.
Please grade the answer , if you find it helpful.
Thanks.

Hi Ma'am,
Thank you so much such nice suggestions.
I would definitely do check what u have prescribed me to do.
Ma'am Will you still not mind to assist me further?
Yes i am an MBA professional so i usually do some work at night after the gym workout. But i often go to bed at 11.30 to 12 and the sleep is very deep i never wake up during my sleep and i usually wake up at 7.30 Am.
I am a happy person so Ma'am i don't have to have any tension or stress. I never smoke or drink and also i never eat any fast food or street food which are unhealthy in nature.I always prefer home made food or natural food.
I don't have any medical history so far i am a fit and fine guy though i have some pimple problems.
Ma'am i would like to from you that why its take so much time for the muscle to grow? I am asking this in general just for knowledge.
I have heard a lot about anabolic steroids what is the function of that drugs i have heard and read also that it will increase muscle mass significantly within few moths and come side effects. Ma'am will you not mid to explain it to in details please?

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Need endocrinologist's advise & stress management.

Detailed Answer:
GHI XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow up query. It indicates how much keen you are to know basic cause of your problems.
* I totally agree, that you are having sufficient & sound sleep daily.. so your body is getting good rest. You have no other medical history
I have gone through various other queries you had posted regarding your health & also your physical make up as such. I have tried to study your problem & also psychology from all the aspects & will now try to give you causation & also way to relief.
You had taken opinions of all the aspects of the same query....Why my muscles take so much time for building ? why I look like a teen age boy? why do I have pimples on my face? Why do I face difficulty in expressing my thoughts in class ? Why?...
* When you say you don't have any stress / tension.. these deep thoughts in your mind are creating hidden stress which in my opinion the root cause of your problems. The stressed mind causes hormonal imbalance.. which leads to
- Slow response to body building efforts/ recurrent acne/ slow development.
* This again takes us back to endocrines( Hormones )
-A number hormones help muscle development (Testosterone, human growth hormone, insulin& Anabolic steroid which has it's own side effects. )
- Some of them have adverse effect on muscle growth ( Cortisol- a stress induced hormone, epinephrine( releases glucose from muscle mass to create energy & makes it weak. , glucagon acts against insulin which helps muscle growth .)
Now, the balance of these two groups decide muscle growth, The cause in your case seems to be psychological stress ( as you have good nutrition/ good rest/ good exercises,/have no smoking or alcohol habit ).
* * In this context I would advise you-
1. to consult an endocrinologist , get hormonal assay for all these hormones done & get needful hormone replacement done.
2. Remove the particular complex you are carrying about your physique. This world is full of people who differ in many ways from normal. Some people are physically different & some of them are intellectually backward.
I feel it's good to have wonderful intellect ( as a student of MBA like you has ).. rather than having a great personality with a dwarf intellect.
So cheer up man, intelligence can mask all the nigetivities in person. So be determined to use your ability to impress people with what you have!
* You can take help of a counselor for gaining your confidence .. which is very easy for a man with your ability & caliber !
Wish you all the best
I hope you are satisfied & convinced about the way you have to follow to achieve your goal. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
