Yes that's true even after stimulation by food level of lipase is in normal limits so its but obvious that if test would have been performed in fasting state results would be lower.
So practically speaking you should not worry its normal.
Theoretically speaking test should be done again in fasting state.
So definitely by going on reading of lipase it can't be pancreatitis.However CT abdomen should be done to confirm it.

However if i would have been your primary i would have considered these readings as vaild.
