Do Dark Spots On Penis Head After Risky Sexual Intercourse Suggest STD?
You are a healthy male free of STDs, you have nothing to worry about
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. After going through all the details in your query, I can truly see that you are extremely stressed sir, and so I would really like to help relieve you of your stress.
1. Yes you can trust your test results at 8 weeks. 8 weeks is more than enough for all the above mentioned STDs to return a positive result if at all they were present and as your results have returned a negative result, I would say you are STD-free.
Not only this, most of the STDs should have been detected during the earlier tests itself (except for HIV), and as the earlier and later tests all reported non-reactive/negative results; this means you do not have any of these STDs for sure sir. You can trust the tests and my words
2. Yes of course. You seem to have gotten really stressed, and your symptoms can easily be caused due to stress, and I hope my response helps you to relax.
3. You are a healthy male, and I would urge you to enjoy life (safely) and stop wasting time worrying over things that are not present
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
Would recommend HIV DUO test and check on HPV
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Most of the STDs as I mentioned sir, should provide conclusive results at 2 months; except HIV. HIV can also provide conclusive results much earlier (e.g. HIV DUO TEST can have 98% accuracy when conducted on the 28th day from sexual contact).
The dark coloured wart should be looked into sir, and yes it could be due to HPV and as you have not tested for HPV (I think), you will have to get that looked into.
No sir, stress cannot cause the wart to appear on your penis or thrush; but it can cause you to lose weight.
Oral thrush/candidiasis is caused due to:
+Diabetes
+If your sexual partner had a vaginal yeast infection and you provided her with oral sex
+Weakened immune system due to lack of nutrition is a possibility
+HIV
In conclusion, I would recommend two tests sir:
1. HIV DUO TEST
2. Check on HPV
I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am here to help.
Best wishes.
Will need an ultrasound of pelvis and colonoscopy sir
Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.
Have you taken a HIV DUO test before? If yes, and if it was taken after 28 days from the exposure then you need not take it again. But if you have not taken it, or if you took it before 28 days from the exposure, then you should take it again.
All the other tests are fine sir, and you seem to be perfectly fine, do not worry.
The left side pelvic pain may or may not be associated with any STDs sir. We may require an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound examination, and a colonoscopy to check on the cause for the bleed per anus.
Best wishes sir.
