Brief Answer:
delayed menses....
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query to hcm.
As you just missed your menses by a day it is actually too early to make a comment if its your PMS or your cycles have been actually delayed. The symptoms of nausea, bloating, mild abdominal cramps, sore breasts, mood swings all indiacate PMS symptoms which very much mimic early pregnancy symptoms but in absence of pregnancy.
If you have been involved in unprotected intercourse during this cycle and contemplating the chances of pregnancy then you can opt for serum beta hcg test now to rule out pregnancy.
IF megative then its likely PMS and your menses shall resume in next few days ,you just need to be patient.
Regards

Brief Answer:
get a serum beta hcg test done
Detailed Answer:
Well in that case you should get a serum beta hcg test done.immediately to check for pregnancy. IF not then it PMS...as it is a complex of symptoms and not just one. Anyhow, its advisable to wait for your menses to resume naturally if pregnancy test is negative fr atleast 15 days before which a withdrawal bleed can be contemplated with progestins.
Please get a serum.beta hcg test done..

Hello thanks for answering me! Well I been late now 3 days I have no symptoms of nothing at all just my right boob is sore and bigger than the another one
Brief Answer:
beta hcg ...? did you get it done?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As the menses have been missed by 3 days now, ideally you can wait for a total of 8 days pos missed periods when you can actually get a urine pregnancy test done. but a serum beta hcg as i said earlier can rule out pregnancy even as of now.
Sore breast is a feature of upcoming menses but is not a definitive sign, so one needs to wait and watch if pregnancy test turns out to be negative.

Hello,
In that case i feel you should wait for next 5 days and if you don't resume menses then get a home urine pregnancy test done with a pregnancy kit.
The symptoms indicate that your menses may follow soon.

Brief Answer:
likely menstrual cramps
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I feel this is probably the start of your menses and your flow should start by tomorrow. The cramps are indicative that these are menstrual and unlikely to be pregnancy.
It sometimes happen that the cramps may be stronger due to hormonal imbalances which has presently in this episode of yours caused a delay in cycle. So just use hot fomentation for cramps and wait for tomorrow to allow menses to start.

Is that normal ? When I pee and make little strongess comes blood when I see my pad there's not blood whatsoever it's been like that for the whole day
Brief Answer:
please be patient
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would like to assure you that the blood is not from the bladder firstly and the streaks of blood are seen when you apply increased pressure. I would like you to be patient and watchful and don't be anxious because stress and anxiety can unnecessarily use a change in pattern of bleed and often cause further delay.
So please wait and watch for the menses to start again.
