Correction. PSA count is 8.87 (not 12).
Brief Answer:
Hello dear. At this age, it is not a concern
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the query.
So the normal range of psa is under 4 ng and anything above 11 ng is alarming and warrants evaluation. Between 4 and 11 is grey zone in which nothing can be said with certainty. Psa value also increases with increasing age, and at 85 yrs it should not be a concern.
Thanks and regards
