Yes I have gone through both of your blood reports and I would like to tell you that in 2017 your cholesterol levels were borderline but this year they have gone slightly up.
But there is nothing to worry about that and these type of slight derangements can very well be managed with the help of lifestyle modifications.
Considering your young age group I would like to suggest you to start going for a brisk morning walk daily for 30 mins a day for 5 days a week.
Along with that, you need to start having a healthy diet which should be low on calories and rich in fibre and nutrients.
Follow this routine strictly for 3 months and then repeat a lipid profile you will surely see the improvement. No need to start taking any medicine.
