Do Excessive Kegel Exercises Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

default
Posted on Mon, 11 Jan 2016
Question: i did kegel exercises 2 years ago , but i was doing it 24 hours and i think i did it in a wrong way or something. however , after 5 months of doing it , i got erectile dysfunction. my erection was amazing and it last too much time. now it doesn't even last for few seconds and weak very short pennis . this is now going on with me for 1 year and 9 months. i test all tests and there is no cure for me cuz i don't have any problem as doctors claim. but it is not phsycological because im measuring my erection when i wake up. early morning erection is so weak and small it doesn't even good to insert it in a woman. check my reports

please note , im sure from my all previous tests it is something related to musceles or nervous system not blood. so in case you prefer to consult with another doctors together it will be good idea since my problem is very complicated and it needs a doctor who has physiotherapy back ground to help me i think.

Brief Answer:
opinion of spine surgeon will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxx,

Thanks for writing to us.

I have checked your all reports. Yo have been treated for infection very well. Your problem is somewhat complicated. Compression of S1 nerve root should be corrected. This nerve is involved in erection. You should first try with 5-PDE inhibitor group of drug like sildenafil or tadanafil. After taking medicine and with desire of sex if you still not able to erect some nerve problem is likely. Your cavernogram is also normal means there is no basic problem in penis vasculature.

In that case you should consult orthopedic doctor/spine surgeon for intervention as well as appropriate physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

i checked with neurologist , he told me this report is written wrongly, as he saw the pictures , he told me you don't have anything at all. only small pudlge very tiny one that will not effect anything and this one cuz of your weight but he told me you don't have any disc at all since i don't feel pain from anything. i tried ciallis 5 mg for like 4 months and there was no improvment. i felt my pennis is full but not erected , i couldn't pee easily with ciallis which means my pennis was full but it wasnt erected or going up. it is like full but down not going up. i went to another neurologist he did for me ENC test for my hands and legs , as well this electricity test for hands and legs , and he said nothing showing there so u have no problem . so what is your other suggestion ? what exactly should i tell the neurologist to test ?

Brief Answer:
increase dose of cialis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for information. You need to consult spine specialist also. 5 mg dose of cialis is very low, maximum dose is 40 mg. So you need to increase the dose.

I am not aware about any physiotherapist personally in Abu dhabi. One of my good friends and XXXXXXX psychiatrist is currently there and I have just received his address. He is Dr. XXXXXXX Banwari and I received below message from him.

"I am in Abu Dhabi, my clinic is located in Al Nahyan Camp, Muroor Street. The client needs to book an appointment before visiting, on +0000 or +0000. I'll be on leave from 24th Dec till 1st Jan".

He can guide you in far better way I guess. Please consult him with all your reports and investigations done until now and give my reference.

Take care.
