Do Home Surroundings Play An Important Role In Aggravation Of COPD?
So in your opinion this home is an aggrevator to the small airway inflammation, and should come down once i exit it?
Please answer the following also.Just Curious
Inhalers, long term corticosteroid and rescue short term. To a person with MILD copd or MILD asthma. When used as prescribed do they fully open airways or just make airways relaxed but not fully open.
After prolonged use do they lose their effectiveness to open airways?
This is pathetic from HCM. Seriously.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
This is pathetic stuff from HCM.
I was worried again that I lost you. Honestly speaking, I was thinking whole day that you might have hurt and felt bad by my questions.
Now I am relieved.
Yes, I think this house, surrounding environment and your current wife and children etc are aggravating your symptoms.
For your COPD and asthma query, both need different kind of controller medicines which act differently.
Asthma needs inhaled corticosteroids(ICS) because they are anti inflammatory. No need for regular inhaled bronchodilator if asthma is controlled with only ICS.
For COPD, mainstay treatment is inhaled bronchodilator (formoterol or tiotropium).
In both cases, rescuer inhaler is short acting bronchodilator (SABA - levosalbutamol).
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
ICS means inhaled corticosteroids.

Just for your info , I may be off in my thinking but the rate my issues increase as if they were lung issues, COPD issues or what ever seem to move at a quickness that seems opposite what I've read about symptoms gradually moving along.
This then has to be dealt with in a stress reduction process that I am guessing will take some time and will have some setbacks along the way.
Your thoughts
Sorry to say but I don't understand what you want me to answer.

With PFTs that have changed little in 15 years, the breathing issues have to be stress related. Now I have to find a way to rid the stress and i believe it will take time and there will also be set backs when i feel it is not helping.
Over the Past month, I have accepted that there is no copd or lung damage.
Over the past few days I have been trying to accept without doubting that i have stress causing breathing.
I am thankful for your info regarding that stress aggrevates inflamed airways and makes it worse. That smoke or odors and pets and whatever else can make it worse. I have realized that my work agrevates it too.
Your thoughts on my acceptance and percevied view of my stress?
Yes, your thinking is absolutely right.

Now, I am getting your problem in depth.
You were happy and asymptomatic in your previous house with your second wife (whom you still like).
So you should definitely move on with her (second wife) in previous house (if possible) or to some other place.
Please let me know
1. What is she doing?
2. Is that house still yours?
