they just tested my blood and said that my vitamin b12 was very low but my hemoglobin was in normal range
Brief Answer:
Vitamin B12 shots or Oral tablets help
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since your Vitamin B12 level is low, you require Vitamin B12 shots or Oral tablet of Vitamin B12 like Meganeuron. It needs frequent testing and adjusting of dose so please consult a primary care doctor.
On a blood peripheral smear it has large RBC called macrocytic RBC and this is important than hemoglobin level. Up to 28 percent of affected patients may have a normal hemoglobin level, and up to 17 percent may have a normal mean corpuscular volume
