Do Lower Back Pain, Digestive Disturbances And Spotting For Over 3 Days Along With Dizziness Off Late Require Medical Attention?

Question: I suffer from lower back pain and spotting for 3 days, and I feel dizzy since yesterday.
I thought it's period but nothing changed.
I had my period in March on the 27th, then on the 17th of April (it came early as I have taken ECPs).
I don't take birth control pills.
Would you please tell me what those symptoms lead to?
I forgot about another symptom that has occurred for 3 days also, I suffer from digestive disturbances.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy or the effect of the pill
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The symptoms you have described can be present in pregnancy or as a side effect of the i pill or ECP.
I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done tomorrow morning with the first urine sample.
If it is negative, then it is most likely due to the hormonal disturbance caused by the ECP.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks for your reply.
1. If the fake period means that definitely I wasn't pregnant on the 17th then I’m sure I’m not pregnant as we didn’t have intercourse till 5 days ago, so my question is, in how many days would I expect early pregnancy symptoms from the last unprotected intercourse?
2. I had a urine test and it showed I’m not pregnant, so we’re positive sure now that it was fake period, so what’s the time to expect the real period to come again?
3. The symptoms I had are associated with ovulation or the fertilised egg getting attached to uterus?
Sorry for the long questions but first time for me to know about fake period with ECPs.

Brief Answer:
Periods likely to be delayed by 2-3 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
1. The early pregnancy symptoms start at around 4 weeks from the date of intercourse.
2.The periods is likely to be delayed by 2-3 weeks due to the effect of the emergency contraceptive pill.
3.No dear, there are no symptoms of egg fertilization or attachment of the embryo to the uterus. Once the pregnancy is well established, then only the symptoms appear.
