Question: I had muscle spasms in my upper chest and upper back last night about 20 seconds. My pulse rate was Slow with occasional missed beats. Today my muscles are sore and I am tired. BP 117/77 pulse 100 up 150 with exercise. Do I need to get checked today. I am on basic and I try to stay hydrated.
