Do Nausea, Moodiness And Lethargy And Delayed Periods Suggest Pregnancy?

Unlikely pregnant. UTI / Genital infection. Get evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Pregnancy symptoms do not show up that early. So these symptoms are not attributed to the pregnancy. Also periods can vary from 21 day to 35 days cycle and can be delayed some times due to multiple reasons like contraceptive pills or genitourinary tract infections like in your case.
I would suggest get evaluated for the infections of the genital tract and UTI and see what comes up. Take some symptomatic treatment for nausea and cramps. Talk to your doctor. If it has been 33 days since LMP then morning urine can be used to test for pregnancy. Day 40 will confirm with a sonogram of both the absence or presence of pregnancy.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Too early for pregnancy symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
Pregnancy test may come positive on 33rd day morning urine since Last menses start. With your delay pregnancy can be possible and test confirming it. A Transvaginal ultrasound will confirm it on day 40. As far as the symptoms are concerned i would repeat pregnancy symptoms don't kick in so early. These are more of the infection symptoms which are very common in early pregnancy and mimic pregnancy symptoms. Nutshell, you may be pregnant but you may also have an infection which needs to be treated at an earliest convenience.
I hope it helps.
