Question : My wife has overactive bladder,anxiety-panic,insonmia confusion at night,constpation, and vaginal irritation . she has had 3 operations for vaginal prolapse her parents had over active and underactive thyroid but Dr said thyroid is ok

Sorry to learn about her medical problems. If her TSH and free T4 are normal then it is very likely her thyroid is fine. TSH and free T4 are blood tests for assessing thyroid function. They do not have to be done fasting and can be done at any time of the day or night. If these test results are normal then it is extremely unlikely that her symptoms are due to a thyroid related condition.
