As you are having blood in urine plus pain please undergo the following tests as soon as possible.
Complete blood tests as hemogram (Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR, CRP), Urine complete, Kidney function tests (B urea and S creatinine).
Also, undergo ultrasound abdomen. Also, specify what do you have any history of fever or swelling body, etc.
Also, undergo checking of Blood pressure and blood sugar level checking.
It may be stone or infection or prostate or some kidney disorder.
You may take tab Drotoverine two times for pain.
It is prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe this.
