Do Profuse Sweating, Tremors And High BP Need Medical Attention?

Yes, you probably should.
Detailed Answer:
Greetings and welcome to HCM. I carefully read your query and I understand your concern.
It is a good thing that clonidine helped bringing down your high blood peessure figures. The spike of blood pressure and heart rate are usually accompanying features of any kind of psychologically stressful situation or anxiety from fear, and I think, since you experienced a new symptom that hase never happened before, than these phenomena happened due to fear to "what is happening to me?". However, the sudden profuse sweating is a symptom that actually requires further investigation, if you are convinced that this did not come due to any climatic or other normal phenomenon that usually produces sweating. Profuse sweating, as a lone symptom itself, probably is not indicative of anything wrong, but I would recommend to see your cardiologist and, at least, an EKG (to assess heart conduction system, and the electrical one, as well) and an echo cardiogram (to evaluate the function, size and movement of heart valves and chambers) should be carried out, in order to exclude or, with less probability, to confirm that there might be a pathological disorder causing this symptom.
I hope I was helpful with ny answer. I am happy to help, if you have follow-up questions.
Kind regards,
Dr. Meriton
