Do Rash Under The Scrotum And On Buttocks Suggest Shingles?

Question: I have a rash under my scrotum and now 1 small similar rash upper left butt cheek. Could this be shingles? I get cold sweats and my skin is sensitive. I don't have any money right now to pay for an answer. Please help.

Yes I have pain. Feels hot at times. I did have some water filled blisters on shaft of penis. This morning I woke up and found little red marks on the tip of my penis. And now my throat hurts. Please reply

I just got out of hospital. They diagnosed me with shingles. Just in a very bad area. What can I do to relieve the pain? Hospital already gave me pain meds. Is there any creams that I can use to help?
