Do Recurrent Heart Palpitations Require Consultation?

Yes you should consult a doctor personally
Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that if your palpitations are happening this much frequently then you should consult with a cardiologist for evaluation.
Also I would like to suggest you to get a Holter monitoring done. It's basically a 24 to 48 hrs ambulatory ECG monitoring which will record all the electrical activities of your heart for 48 hrs which can later be analysed to see what kind of rhythm is going on during these palpitations and then treatment can be done accordingly.
It's also advisable to cut down your coffee intake and stop smoking if you do.
The report which you have attached doesn't show any significant event happening.
I hope this information will be helpful.
Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap

Yes you can wait
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Yrs you can wait till appointment. But remember if at any point of time you feel dizzy or there is a sense of blackout or breathing difficulty or chest heaviness while having these palpitations that time you need to seek urgent medical help.
Hope to have been helpful
Kind Regards

No it doesn't change
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
No it doesn't affect my advise, as your palpitations are happening transiently so it's highly recommended to get an ecg done during the palpitations for which HOLTER is done. You just need to be watchful for the symptoms which I have mentioned above.
Warm Regards
