hi, probably u r talking about urinary bladder not other bladders like gall badder. having recurrent bladder infections will cause chronic inflammation which may predispose mucosa to change/ or may induce changes in mucosa called metaplasia. this may rarely undergo malignant transformation. usually bacterial infection is not converted into cancer.
