Brief Answer:
Small penis isn't a disadvantage for mating.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Erectile dysfunction can happen also for other reasons such low testosterone levels ,stress and emotional issues etc.
Penis size is genetically inherited as many other features.
A small penis is not a disadvantage for reproduction despite some cases when it is as a result of genetical deformities or hormone issues.
Normally small penis can't be a reason for infertility or can't be a disadvantage to impregnate.
Hope I have answered the question.

okay I just thought men's sexual competency varies a lot depending upon the person but if you say size doesn't cause infertility than it seems to make sense that everyone passed through the rigors of evolution. I take antipsychotics (dopamine blockers) due to psychosis and it caused slightly decreased erection strength and significant decrease in libido. One thing I want to say is that I used to be a very heavy smoker but I stopped smoking 2 months ago due to bloody throat. Will continued non-smoking perhaps make erection stronger? Google says that it takes 3 months for dopamine levels to return to normal while some say it's 6 months. Dopamine is related to libido right? What do you think?
