Do The Attached Reports Indicate That I Belong To The C Category?
Question: Earlier this year I went to do a lumbar x-ray check. Found a lumbar scoliosis situation. Early due to do small intestine surgery. Suspended the treatment of lumbar spine. Now after rehabilitation. Forget me is a C-shaped side bend or anti-C-side bending. Because I do not understand x-ray film.
Pls help :
1. Is that the direction of (a, b) is right?
2. Do I belong to C or anti-C?
3. The action of the figure can improve the balance of the left and right muscles. To improve the side bend?
Pls help :

Brief Answer:
You belong to C
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached images. If you have a vague look you would be able to understand that the vertebral column is not in a straight line. Now, if you fold a straight line into a curve, the curve would have the concave side facing one side. In case of a 'C' (alphabet), the open side or concave side is on the right. It is the same in case of your vertebral column (though not as prominent as in the alphabet C). You therefore belong to C.
Yes, muscle strengthening exercises like this would help in alleviating the problem.
Let me know if I could help further.
