Question: XXXXXXX has no symptoms. this hemangioma was found anecdotally when she went to ED and then had appendectomy. do we have to do anything else for hemangioma?

It is prudent to take endoscopic treatment,if there is iron deficiency anaemia ( check blood tests ) and exact site like small intestine etc , there is also pharmacology treatment available,if these r multiple then definitely needs treatment ( it's due to angiogenesis defect whose mediators r stress related too ) once general surgeons physical examination and blood tests and mri report will tell tell exactly need of treatment ( if she can learn XXXXXXX technique it decreases inflammatory mediators an stress ie root cause also helpfull) there is pharmacological treatment also available
