Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. It really does not matter too much wether you have green tea on empty or full stomach or at any time of the day.
The important thing is to not have too much. Even though it des not have caffeine like in coffee, Green tea has other stimulants that will get you buzzed very quickly. So don;t have to much of the stuff. Once or twice a day is good enough.
hope this helps. Feel free to follow-up

This is a different question altogether , there is something called Wheat grass . Is it good to have wheat grass daily and what are the benefits of it ?
Brief Answer:
Nothing proven.
Detailed Answer:
Hi. i came across people using wheatgrass for the first time when I started treating Neuro-Oncology patients. Many people believe that it helps by providing anti-oxidants etc to the body.
Unfortunately no claims have borne out under scientific testing. To my mind, as long as you are having a balanced diet, there is no need for a supplement like wheatgrass.
On the other hand, if you feel you need to get more Vitamin B, it seems like it might be a good source.
