Do We Need To Worry About Some Major Disease Like Cancer?

Question: My father is suffering from low fever for last two months and we did a CT scan yesterday.Dr said there is huge amount of fluid in the lungs and asked to admit in hospital in 2 days to drain the fluid and do some tests like whether it's TB or something.
In the report it is mentioned like "Finding suggest possibility of pulmonary and bony metastasis" what does it mean. Do we need to worry about some major disease like cancer. I have attached the report.
He is also non smoker and non alcoholic.

Brief Answer:
Yes, He needs pleural fluid tapping and fluid analysis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
This CT thorax is suggestive of large pleural effusion. Means fluid collection between two pleural layers.
This can be mostly due to either tubercular infection or cancer.
The other two lesions (lung plus bone) are suggestive of metastasis. Means cancer spread.
So immediately go for pleural fluid tapping and send reports to rule out TB and cancer.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your father.
Thanks.
