Do You Have Any Other Recommendations For Creams Small Red Rash On My Ankle?

Question: Hello, I have a small red rash on my ankle that itches and burns. It seems to get worse after contact with water. Do you think E45 cream will help? Would the cream be okay to use with certain medications, Cetirizine Hydrochloride, Verapamil Hydrochloride tablets, and Pirinase spray? Or do you have any other recommendations for creams that can be purchased from a chemist?

Brief Answer:
Can be a fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice
I see the picture you attached and it isn't much clear. If possible please upload another picture.
I can guess it cam be related to a fungal infection and you may need to use antifungal and corticosteroid cream to help with it. Clotrimazole and hydrocortisone cream may be an option. I don't think E45 can help.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.

Thank you Doctor,

I cannot get a clear image of the rash as it is small but it gives a lot of irritation at times. I think you could be right that it is a fungal infection. Would it be okay to apply the cream on the area which has a small mole?

Also, can I use the cream with my current medication?
