Brief Answer:
Melatonin not to be used

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) There is no correlation between PCOS and sleep disturbance.

2) Sleep might be disturbed due to stress, caffeine or lack of exercise. See if any of these are in patient.

3) Melatonin is used on experimental basis in infertility and absolutely has no evidence for use in infertility.

4) Melatonin is definitely not recommended in sleep disturbance as there are much less harmful medications you can get treated with and not using hormones.

Let me know if you need anymore help.,

Regards
