Do You Think I Am In Any Of HIV Risk By Above Scenario?

Greeting!!
I am feeling embracement while discussing this incident and I don't have any option do need your opinion.
Trust me I don't have any type sexual exposure and I am using any type of drugs to inject.
Due to spicy food my toilet area(rectum) was burning so for applying Itch Guard I used pen but there was a whole on a back side of Pen so it created anxiety on me, If some has inserted semen the inside pen body and If semen went by that pen hole in my rectum. Actually that type of Pen generally given to every by my cousin brother who doing MR job. So I get really anxious about hypothetical scenario.
1. Do you think I am in any of HIV risk by above scenario?
2. How long HIV survive in wet state?
3. I went to Pre Employment check after 40 days of this incident which compromise of HIV test which came negative.
So, how surety is for HIV test at 40 days for healthy person and CBC report is also normal person. I also don't have any type of symptom in last 2.5 months even no fever.
4.Which generation test is HIV Anti Bodies and method used is Chemiluminescence?
5. Regarding HIV window period although it is recommended for 90 days but some expert says it is old recommendations.
Latest Antibody test are 99% accurate at 6 weeks for healthy person. Antibody are delayed for immunocompromised person such as organ donor.
Your HIV risk is almost nil

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
HIV can not be viable outside the body fluids not more than few seconds. At the sametime, as long as the body fluid is wet and with viable human cells (WBC), HIV can survive. It depengs upon the quantity, bore of the hole and the climate.
But it is all remote possibility. Transmission of HIV through inanimate object is a rarest possibility.
Moreover, nobody can ejaculate into a hole underneth of a pen. Semen is ejaculated in spouts and with little force. It cannot be collected into a small mouth container or a hole in the pen. So don't imagin odd things.
HIV Chemiluminescence test is 3rd generation test and highly reliable to the extent of 97% and above. 4th generation Combo test is still more reliable even during the earliest duration (4-6 weeks). But even the as far as HIV 2 is concerned (Rare), I would consider the HIV nonreactive test will be conclusive only after the completion of 12 weeks after the contact.
