Do You Think My Chest Pain Is Heart Related?

Question: Hello, I take 10 mg abilify in the morning for schizoeffective disorder, 500 mg depakote ER twice a day for mood stabilization and 20 mg propranolol three times a day for tachycardia. I had chest pain all throughout the day yesterday and today and it radiated to my neck, jaw, and arms. The pain is mild. I am 5'1" and I weigh 190 lbs. I went to the ER and my ekg, chest xray, bloodwork, and troponin level were normal. Would these tests be able to determine if the chest pain is serious or if I'm going to have a heart attack? The ekg only checks the heart's activity at the moment and the troponin is only elevated after a heart attack not before so how would these tests be able to rule out an oncoming heart attack? It said on Google that if chest pain lasts all day and radiates to other areas it's more likely to be heart related so do you think my chest pain is heart related?

Detailed Answer:
After going through the health query raised by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that these tests are most reliable for diagnosing a heart attack.
However if you want to know if there is any significant underlying coronary artery disease or not then you can go for a stress echocardiogram.
To get a definitive result that whether there is any blockage or not in the arteries of heart, angiography is the only gold standard test. However this is not done on routine basis.
