Doc, I Spoke With You Previously Concerning This Issue. I

Question: Doc,

I spoke with you previously concerning this issue. I have an update for you. I decided to speak with my organization about COVID-19 concerns. I found out that there was a lady, who I previously had a natural insemination session with, who wants more sessions with me. Previously, before COVID-19, we met briefly at her house (or shall I say estate), before our session at a hotel. She is the ex-wife of a man who was very wealthy and she got a lot of money in the divorce. She wants me to come to her home (which is about an hour drive away) and spend a week there and have sessions with both her and a friend of hers who also wants to get pregnant but doesn't have a partner. Her friend signed up with the organization too. BOTH of them (she and her friend) have been self-quarantining for 30 days at her estate. They have had everything from groceries, supplies, etc. delivered and have never even been out in public in a month! I spoke to them both over video conferencing, and she looks the same way I remember. Huge breasts, cute face, somewhat chubby body. I was pleasantly surprised to see her friend looks practically identical to her. Basically, they want me to come over, relax, and have natural insemination sessions with them both. I was told that I would have my own room at her estate, but I would be expected to have threesomes with them both at various times during the day. Also, I would be expected to not leave at all during the week, once I get to the estate, since they don't want me to be exposed to any COVID-19 anywhere.

They will be doing all the cooking, waiting on me, etc., and they told me I won't have to do anything, and they have offered me a generous amount of money for my time. I feel that this is the perfect situation for me. The estate has a resort-style swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. They mentioned that we will have sex in the pool, the jacuzzi, different bedrooms, etc. They both want to get pregnant. They have been self-quarantining for a month with no traces of COVID-19, they have an amazing environment that I will enjoy, and I can provide them each with plenty sperm over the week. Both of these are very attractive, good women. I had amazing rapport with her and her friend over the video conference. Her friend told me she is STD-free (which is confirmed by the organization too) and hasn't even had sex in 4 years. I explained the background of the lady who I previously had a session with, and her friend is a successful attorney. Since they are both COVID-free, I can really enhance the sessions with kissing. But, I value your opinion and would like to hear it. They want me at the estate on Saturday. Due to the self-quarantining they have done, there is obviously zero chance of COVID-19 and no need for a mask.

Should I be concerned or just enjoy this wonderful opportunity?

Brief Answer:
No concern for COVID-19

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up

Since the women have been in self quarantine for almost a month, there is no concern at all for COVID-19 infection. You are safe to go to their place.

Thanks for the assurance. I have another concern. We are obviously living during a pandemic. On one hand, I look forward to arriving at the home on Saturday and basically spending a week locked in servicing (and being serviced) by these women. As much as I want to enjoy their company (and their vaginas), these women are both in their late 40s (which by itself can create pregnancy complications). Despite the fact that they are well-to-do, me impregnating them means they will need prenatal care, they will have to have doctor visits, and eventually they will have to give birth (unless there is a miscarriage) in a hospital.

What concerns me about these ladies is their attempt to be so "sanitized", yet they really want to get pregnant at this time. I think it is fantastic that they self-quarantined so long, that they are STD-free and COVID-19 free, however, I don't think they are really thinking things through in terms of how much "going out" (doctor's offices, clinics, etc.) they are going to have to do when they are pregnant. As I stated before, the last sessions I did were with masks, with women who probably did not quarantine at all. But, these women are different because they have been self-quarantining for a month.

Quite frankly, the organization is very feminist and discourages men from even having these sort of conversations with women or questioning a woman's health concerning whether she should be conceiving. The organization encourages men to let women be in control (at least sexually) and encourages women to support themselves, their babies, and not need anything from a man. I enjoy working with this organization because it provides me with good sexual opportunities that involve zero responsibilities for me. I really do not want to get kicked out of this organization.

But, should I be concerned about these women's health, considering they are intending to conceive during a pandemic?

Brief Answer:
Speak to the organization regarding your concerns

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

As you mentioned getting pregnant during a pandemic comes with its own risk. Firstly, we still do not know the complete effects of the virus for pregnant mother and fetus. Moreover, doctor visits and antenatal care can increase risk of exposure as well.
Since you are not encouraged to speak to the clients directly about these concerns, you can convey your thoughts to the organization. And the organization can provide better guidance to you as well as the clients involved. Possibly, encourage an open discussion regarding your concerns about the current pandemic. If the women still decide to go ahead with conceiving, thus they can also make informed choices to reduce risk.

Ok. I have another question. I am now at the home with ladies since yesterday and everything has been going great. But, I have been thinking about offering my services by freelancing. The organization is great, but I want more discretion over WHO I provide my services too. These 2 ladies are gorgeous like I said but some women can be repulsive and I would like to be able to screen women myself. Also, the organization often deals with women that are really up in age. There are 20 something and 30 something ladies who could use my assistance too. I would rather be able to pick and choose women myself and also I want to deal with a smaller amount of women.

There have been instances where I have serviced women who were on their 3rd man that the organization provided because they couldn't get pregnant. I would rather work with just a few women and service them until they get pregnant, whereas the organization will keep changing men and turn a decent, honest lady into a whore simply because she has fertility issues.

My issue is that I would need some way to do STD and COVID-19 testing on my own to be able to freelance.

What would be the best way to do this safely?

Brief Answer:
STD, COVID 19 testing

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

The only way to be sure is for both you and the women involved to get STD and COVID 19 testing done. You will need to talk to the clients regarding requiring these screenings. And they can get these testings done via their insurance and health providers.

Would STD testing be necessary for me? I don't currently have STDs, so as long as the ladies are STD-free, then that should be fine, correct?

Ok. However, it is the COVID-19 testing that bothers me the most. Many people don't take the virus seriously. A lot of ladies are constantly out shopping, buying groceries, etc. The ladies I am servicing this week are amazing! But I know there are very few women like this.

I am seriously unlikely to have intercourse with any women once I leave this home. I think I will just rely on masturbation. The risk of getting COVID-19 is just not worth it.

As a doctor, how long do you think it will be before society is able to return to normal and not even need masks anymore?

Brief Answer:
COVID-19 pandemic and normalcy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

At this point, it is very difficult to predict when the pandemic situation is going to resolve. The best scenario would be that a vaccine is available in the foreseeable future. Once a successful vaccination is out in the market, the situation can slowly be restored to normal. However, a successful vaccine can take up to the end of this year to be launched.
Meanwhile, even though frustrating, we should adapt to the pandemic guidelines and stay as safe as possible.

Ok. I have a question on a different topic. As I said, I am withdrawing from natural insemination work after I leave these ladies (probably on Friday or Saturday in a few days). But, self pleasure can be fantastic with the right tools. I always enjoyed prostate stimulation, so I invested in a motorized "sex machine". It is often used by women, but men can use it for anal stimulation. It was a bit pricey, but it thrusts a dildo back and forth. Since I am a man, it will be going back and forth into my anus.

I am not XXXXXXX but anal stimulation is amazing. But, I always hear about XXXXXXX men having anal issues, such as anal cancer, etc. By being stimulated so much anally, I will ejaculate so much and I know that will reduce my desire for intercourse with a woman, which is not appropriate nowadays due to the pandemic.

Is the machine (or even dildos) safe for anal use?

Brief Answer:
Dildos are safe to use

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Men having sex with men have higher risk of issues like anal cancer. HIV etc, due to transmission of sexually transmitted infection through microabrasions occurring via anal intercourse.
In your case, use of dildos or any other devices would not pose such risks.
