Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is almost nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ASK A DOCTOR through HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Frottering or body (rubbing against another individual) has very least risk for the transmission of HIV or STD (that could be a negligible only as per CDC, Atlanta). Lip contact, Kissing over neck, humping with clothes as well carries almost 'nil' or negligible risk of HIV/STD transmission.

Brief Answer:
When doubt came, better to rule out with the appropriate test

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

You are a homosexual. You had described your last sexual activities. How about your previous sexual encounters? When was the previous exposure prior to the present incident? Are you having a single partner or multiple partners? If single are you sure about your partner's sexual activities? Without these details, it will be very difficult to tell whether you need HIV/STD tests or not.

Moreover, it is predicted risk is almost 'nil'. So, in the future, if you have any mild illness, you may tend to link with the present contact. So it will be good to rule out HIV/STD by appropriate tests at the appropriate times. That will relieve unnecessary mental tension.

Hi doc,

As far as my sexual activities are concerned. I have already undergone testing for STDs and HIV after 3 months of encounter time. My last test was in oct 2019. In addition,it's been nearly 4 years, I have avoided both anal and oral activities. Only handjob sometimes and dry humping on cloths.

Let me know

Thank you
