Question: Doctor
On 26th of july i had protected sex with 2 condoms. I removed condoms and cleaned my penis. during cleaning process, I have not noticed minute skin removal at beginning of nail due to body heat. Generally it will happen due to over heat (uploaded photo)
On 28th i have tested tridot and result is negative. (TEST1)
On august 12th (16days) i have tested PCR RNA qualitative test which was positive with low response.(1st Lab)(TEST 2)
Immediately lab people tested once again with same sample of both tridot and PCR RNA test. In both the tests, result is negative.(1st Lab) (TEST 3,4)
With fear once again i have tested for P24 Antigen on Aug 15th(19days) where test result is negative.(2nd Lab)(TEST 5)
On 20th Aug (25days) once again tested PCR RNA qualitative test where result is indeterminate. But they told it is negative (1st Lab) (TEST 6)
Also ON 20th Aug (25days) once again done western blot test, where result is negative.(1st Lab)(TEST 7)
Lab people taken my old PCR RNA report and modified as
1.      Whether still i need to go for further test
2.     From August 15th i have taken antibiotics(cefuroxime) to cure one wound. On the day of test, i have not taken medicine. Whether it will impact test result.

Brief Answer:
No further testing is required.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Cabajibabu,

Welcome to Ask A Doctor Service.

You had protected sex with condon then there is no chance of getting HIV or other STIs and the series of test results for HIV are negative amongst which western blot is highly reliable so don't get worried or tensed because you are safe and risk free. No furthe testing is required and the medicine has nothing to do with test result so just calm down, forget the episode and live your life normally.

Thank You
