Doctor Has Said That These Medicines Needs To Be Consumed

As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Yes, most of the tablets prescribed have to be taken lifelong except Tab. Nubex forte, Sedosolvin, and Neuron. These are multivitamin, cough suppressant and for neuropathic pain. Take it as prescribed for that duration.
Tab. Pantium is to relieve constipation so that can be taken as prescribed or as and when required.
Tab. Entaliv is an anti-viral used for chronic hepatitis. As your treating doctor has told, it doesn't cure the infection It reduces the amount of virus in the patient's body. Hence have to be taken regularly.
Tab. Telmi, Metloc-xl, and Glizid are for hypertension and diabetes that will have to be taken life long.
I hope this answered your query.

As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the reports. Yes, he has hepatitis B infection. Usually, hepatitis B doesn't recover fully, some virus will be present in the body. As he is 60 years and has other co-morbidities such as TB, diabetes and BP, chances of full recovery is less. He will be free of the signs and symptoms but the virus will be present which is called chronic hepatitis B.
Now he is having a positive HBsAg test result means that he is infected, but his HBeAg is negative that means his immune system is fighting the infection and the viral load is not very high. So, he will not be able to spread to others. For this, he will have to continue the anti-viral to keep the viral replication in check.
To say if its chronic, you need to see HBcAg - if it's positive or negative. It usually requires a liver biopsy.
I hope this answered your query.
With regards,
