Question: Doctor please let me know how can i overcome the sideeffects of night shift.also please let me know what should be the ideal routine after doing night shift? some measures that will help me to overcome its sideeffects on my body

shift timing is 10-6.30
i am facing issues with my liver.
generally i skip lunch due to sleep...i sleep at 8 im the morning and wakes up at around 7 in the night after having breakfast in the morning.also since i sleep right after my breakfast i feel gastric and bloting in my liver.please suggest

Its still not diagnosed.i am having regularly in my stomach...yes i do have meal at night at around 3 and then breakfast at 8
