Question: Doctors recommended in XXXXXXX treating hydrocele aspiration and sclerotherapy? Looking for an alternative treatment approach. I've never taken any medication and any health conditions. Great health except dealing with hydrocele for almost 2 years I take dietary supplements every day for 40 years. I personally manufacture dietary supplements. My family has been in scientific research on the aloe Vera plant. My dad was a medical doctor for 54 years.

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been diagnosed to have Hydrocele ,and treating Doctor has advised aspiration of hydrocele fluid wand sclerosis .

The treatment for hydrocele is decided on the size of the hydrocele and other relevant factors hence I shall be happy if you can upload the report of Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum to help me in making precise comments and suggest proper treatment modality.

There are more chances of recurrence of hydrocele after aspiration of hydrocele fluid ,

Ideally treatment for moderate to severe hydrocele is to undergo a surgery of Hydrocelectomy ( Removal of hydrocele fluid and excision and reversal of Tunica Vaginalis ) .
