Does 3mg Of Melatonin Cause False Positive Drug Test Results?
Brief Answer:
no melatonin not associated with this problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
No melatonin should not cause a false positive result drug test result.
This is because ,though it is being given from an external source, it is essentially a natural product used to enhance the body's own melatonin.
Wellbutrin can sometimes cause false positive for amphetamines, meta amphetamines.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

You mentioned Wellbutrin can sometimes cause a false positive for amphetamine and meta amphetamines. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening other than not taking Wellbutrin ?
Brief Answer:
no other method
Detailed Answer:
HI
Sorry about the late reply
No there are no other options but your doctor would know that you normally use this medication and would know of the potential false positive so it should not be necessary to discontinue
In addition the definitive tests for drug testing- Gc-MS, would be able to detect if a person is definitely using any of the drugs that are being checked.
This test can be done after a normal drug screening test to give a more accurate picture
no other method
