Question: What are the interactions between acetaminophen and metaxalone? what are the tolerable/safe doses of each and/or side effects, long term effects? plus, Are either affected by caffeine?

Dear Ma'am,I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but both medications does not have any reported interactions together .. However, it is recommended that medications are taken at least three hours apart.. Also both are not affected by caffeine ..
acetaminophen regular dose is 1000 mg with maximum daily dose 4000 mg.. its side effects include liver function insufficiency , dark urine ,jaundice and clay colored stool..
Metaxolone regular dose. is 800mg three or four times daily and it's side effects include:
stomach pain ,back or leg pains ,black stools and dark urine , cough, difficulty in breathing or swallowing , dizziness ,fast heartbeat, painful or difficult urination..
