Brief Answer:
Adderall does not cause theze side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Adderal contains amphetamine which is a psychostimulant and used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy and also is used as a performance and cognitive enhancer, and recreationally as an aphrodisiac and euphoriant. It cannot cause depression in short or long term in standard prescribed doses as it works in the reverse direction. It is a mood elevator not depressant. It does not mess up with androgens or testosterone and does not cause loss of appetite or difference in growth of penis.

Perhaps the mentioned problems were present side by side with doses of adderall but these are no way related to it. It could be linked to the underlying cause for which addreall was being given. Unless I know about it, it is hard for me to comment.
