Brief Answer:
ALL9 contains folic acid. extra FA not required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
ALL9 tablet contains essential 9 vitamins required for extra requirement during pregnancy.
It does contain folic acid as Methylfolate whose concentration in ALL9 is 1mg.
Now, in pregnancy the requirement of folic acid is 400mcg/day. And ALL9 contains 1mg which is more than enough for her and the baby.
Folic acid is required for proper and normal neural tube development of baby and to prevent any neural defect. If on ultrasound scan, the baby has been found to have any neural defect then we prescribe folic acid in high concentration of 5mg /day.
Otherwise the 1mg content in ALL9 of folic acid is enough for normal development of baby.
And even if she takes both tablets no harm will be done as these are water soluble vitamins which will be excreted in urine if are taken in more dosage. So do not be worried.
So to conclude, ALL9 is enough for her. Just keep regular follow up with your doctor and keep getting repeated scans as per advised.
I hope I answered your question satisfactorily. If you have any more query kindly write back to me, will be happy to help you out.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
I agree with your doctor. no additional meds.only rest

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for following up.
Subchorionic hemorrhage is seen in about 25 to 30% pregnant women.
Subchorionic hemorrhage means there is slight blood accumulated between placenta and the uterus wall which seeps out through vagina and cause slight brown discharge.
But as the report said it is minimal and also good thing is she is only 6 weeks pregnant so it is not to be a issue to be worried of. The hematoma will get absorbed with time in future and has good outcome.
And in a way its good that there is minimal hematoma and also brown discharge that means whatever blood has accumulated it will seep out and the placenta will adhere to uterine wall firmly.
Its occurence in early pregnancy as in 1st 3 months has good outcomes than appearing later on. Also the amount is important. As it is reported minimal in your report i do not see anythingto be worried of.
Just continue the same tablets as you stated in your question and she requires some rest.
No heavy work or lifting objects should be done.
I hope i have answered your query well.
If you have any more questions kindly write back to me.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
It is all normal. Do not worry at all

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for following up.
1. As the spotting has stopped that means the subchorionic hemorrhage has set down and whatever hematoma was there it has come out completely. so nothing to worry about it.
2. Nausea and tiredness is not a feeling or symptom which she will be having throughout pregnancy. it will come and go as per the hormonal changes seen. So even if she is free of nausea and tiredness it is good and she can get some rest. But disappearance of these symptoms is not to worry about.
3. You do not need to worry about hormones and all. Body is self sufficient to take care of its own. If you are worried i can advice you to get a repeat USG scan to just see whether all is fine and the hematoma has resolved or not just for satisfaction. Otherwise nothing is required and ass will be fine.
Hope i have answered you well.
If you have any more query kindly write back.
Thank you
