Brief Answer:
Both together can cause hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Amlodipine is anti-hypertensive and does not cause hypotension by itself. The anti-hypertensive action of amlodipine is 24 hours.
Sildenafil causes hypotension.

If both taken together, have the risk of causing hypotension.

Thus sildenafil should be taken after due consideration of your BP readings. If really needed to be taken, then it is started on low dose.
Regular track of blood pressure should be taken.

Hope it helps.
