Dear sir, this depends on the dose of aspirin.

Low doses of aspirin up to 160 mg does not affect the kidney functions negatively but doses of aspirin above 160 mg affect the kidney function negatively if taken continuously for a period more than 10 days.

To improve kidney functions, you should drink more water (3 liters per day), you should avoid alcohol (if at all consumed) and eat plenty of vegetables.
