I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is the primary illness that you are taking these drugs for ?
2) Do you have other obstructing voiding symptoms like urgency, increased frequency for urination etc ?
3) Have you done ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis to assess size of prostate or to rule out bladder outlet obstruction?
Anti depressant drugs are known to have side effects of difficulty in passing urine and sometimes cause retention of urine .
Bethanechol is a cholinergic drug and is prescribed to increase the power of bladder contraction which helps to pass the urine with ease.It will never cause difficulty in passing urine .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and Digital Rectal examination and get basic tests like Ultrasound Scanning done to rule out enlarged prostate or bladder outlet obstruction as a cause of a difficulty in passing urine .
In the mean while stop taking Dothep for few days and observe for improvement in flow of urine .
Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to write if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you .

Hello
Thanks for detail history.
I again emphasize that Bethanechol will never cause difficulty in passing urine .It is just a coincidence .
Frusemide which helped you to pass urine is a drug that stimulates kidneys to produce more urine and has no action on act of urination.
The Oxycodone and Dothep are habit forming drugs and as all the tests that you have done are normal I think your problem is mostly Psychological in nature Please consult qualified Psychiatrist and Urologist for detail assessment.
Thanks and Regards.
