Question: Can I take NyQuil cold and flu along with my antibiotic(cefdinir),and my inhaler(xopenex)?

Well, you sound like you must be feeling pretty miserable. You can take NyQuil Cold and Flu, and Cefdinir, as well as your levalbuterol (Xopenex) inhaler.

NyQuil Severe Cold and Flu contains
dextromethorphan - a cough suppressant
phenylephrine - a decongestant
acetaminophen - pain and fever reducer
doxylamine - an antihistamine

I would therefore caution you not to take any additional acetaminophen (Tylenol), antihistamine, or decongestant.
