Thank you. My doctor gave me Azithromycin and told me to keep it in the freezer and use it if absolutely necessary. Its been in the freezer 2 years now. He has recently retired and my aplt with the new doc is a month away So when i felt a uti coming, I panicked and didnt know which to discuss when i call the nurse tomorrow.
Brief Answer:
Azithromycin.
Detailed Answer:
Azithromycin is used if there is concomitant STD along with UTI. It is very costly so I avoid it. Please check the expiry date on the pack if you wish to use it as its been long.
