I have gone through your query. Cephalexin (keflex) has several drug interactions. It interact with antidepressants , methamphetamine , oral anti diabetic drugs like metformin. It also have interaction with anti hypertensive drugs (ACE inhibitor group) like Enalapril.
Better to avoid any psycho active drugs while taking cephalexin as it can increases agitation or depression.
