Brief Answer:
risk for seizures and arrhythmia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although in most cases nothing serious occurs, ciprofloxacin may increase the risk for seizures to patients taking bupropion particularly if there is a history of seizures or conditions that predispose to seizures like brain tumors for example. There is also an increased risk for arrhythmia with trazodone and hydroxyzine, particularly to patients with long QT in electrocardiogram. Finally ciprofloxacin may increase the levels of atorvastatin (like if you have taken a higher dose), so an increased rate of side effects from atorvastatin may be expected.

If your doctor has prescribed ciprofloxacin knowing that you take all these drugs then I'm sure the risks have been assessed and considered minor compared to the anticipated benefit. If your doctor does not know about the drugs then she has to know!

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
