Does Crohn's Disease Cause Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Question: My daughter,16, had Crohns disease at 11. After treatment it went away. Each year we have blood tests and confirm its absence. This past year she has frequently complained of debilitating stomach aches and throws up. Is this a result of Crohn's disease and how should I treat it? The doctors find no Crohn's reason for the ache and suggest antacid which does not help.
