Cyclobenzaprine and Zoloft together can have major, although rare, side effects. The problem with taking both is that they both can increase serotonin, and this can cause a serious and potentially life threatening "serotonin syndrome".

A safer choice with Zoloft, if you need something to relax your muscles, such as after an injury, would be a medication in the benzodiazepine family such as lorazepam or others.
